Invoices from Moxja to you for our services should be paid in full on receipt of invoice within two weeks. You can pay by bank draft.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN SEE MY INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPTS?
It usually takes up to 3 business days.
DO YOU WORK FROM (WEB) TEMPLATES?
For us, unique means unique. Not identical twins in 2 different dresses... Your designs will be Fresh. Original. All yours..
HOW IS A REDRAW DIFFERENT FROM A REVISION?
A re-draw means tabula rasa. Throw the baby out with the bathwater & start afresh. A revision means keep the kid.
HOW OFTEN CAN I CHANGE MY MIND REGARDING MY DESIGNS?
The purpose of the revision process is to create responses that move your project forward in the specific direction you have determined. You may request significant changes (or redraws) in the first and second cycle. By the third revision cycle, your requests should be modifications of the current composition only...otherwise we'll have to charge you for the extra work!
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE PICTURES YOU'VE INCLUDED IN MY DESIGNS? Unfortunately you need a license to use an image in artwork, so finding a photograph online involves more than simply choosing one. We must also purchase the appropriate license.
CAN YOU REDESIGN OR IMPROVE MY EXISTING COMPANY LOGO?
Yes. Please e-mail us the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your application.
WHO OWNS RIGHTS TO MY FINAL LOGO DESIGN?
All the rights of the final logo we create belong to you, the client, after your invoice is settled. We reserve the right to publish any logo and / or related design product created as our design sample.

DO YOU MAKE LOGO DESIGN FOR PRODUCTS, TITLES, OR NAMES?
Yes, we create any type of graphic identity including labels, character design, tags, etc.
WILL YOU PROVIDE ME WITH SCALABLE VECTOR FILES OF MY FINALISED LOGO? Yes. We export your logo as an EPS file, but also as a jpeg and tiff for home use.
WHY IS THE COLOUR I SEE ON MY SCREEN DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I PRINT ON MY HOMEPRINTER? Your screen shows colours in red, green and blue, but your printer may produce it’s colours by mixing cyan, magenta, yellow and black. You can of course calibrate your printer to match your screen. Er… good luck with that.
WILL THE COLOUR I SEE ON MY SCREEN BE EXACTELY THE COLOUR I GET WHEN I WHEN I GET MY STATIONARY PRINTED PROFESSIONALLY?
